What conversion rates should I use?+

Use your own historical rates wherever you have them. As a rule of thumb the lead→MQL and MQL→SQL steps are the biggest drop-offs and SQL→close varies widely by deal size and motion — so tune all three to your actuals rather than trusting a generic default.

What's the difference between pipeline value and expected revenue?+

Pipeline value is your qualified opportunities (SQLs) times average deal size — the total in play. Expected revenue applies your close rate on top, so it's the realistic number to forecast to your manager.

How many leads do I need to hit my target?+

Work backwards: divide your revenue target by average deal size to get the deals you need, then divide by your close, SQL, and MQL rates in turn to find the lead volume required. Adjust the rates in the calculator and watch the expected-revenue number respond.
